Description
A tractor mounted water tanker is a durable and efficient solution for transporting and distributing water across farms, construction sites, and rural areas. Designed for rough terrains, it ensures reliable water supply for irrigation, dust control, and general utility purposes. Built with high-quality materials, these tankers offer long service life and consistent performance.
Modern tractor tankers are engineered for durability across rugged terrains like farms and construction sites.
- Construction Material: Usually fabricated from Mild Steel (MS) for general use or Stainless Steel (SS) for transporting potable (drinking) water to prevent corrosion and contamination.
- Tank Design: Features internal baffle plates (partitions) to reduce water sloshing during transport, which improves vehicle stability and prevents jerks.
- Chassis & Axle: Mounted on a reinforced structural steel frame (e.g., ISMC channels). Units come in single or double axle configurations depending on the weight load.
- Access & Safety: Standard models include a heavy-duty manhole for easy filling, a rear-mounted grip ladder for inspection, and safety reflectors for road use.
Dispensing Systems: Equipped with large discharge valves and, in advanced models, rear or side spray bars and high-pressure pumps driven by the tractor’s PTO (Power Take-Off).
